Ingredients - Kathor chana,salt

Methods :

Boil chana for 5-6 hours in hot water,then put it in a pressure cooker while puting it in a cooker add salt and baking soda and cook it til 4 wistles,while puting it in a cooker add salt and baking soda.After removing chana from remove the water from it.Put some (Balwan salt) according to taste.you can also use the left out chana.
