take all three dal and grind it in a mixture,after mixing all the dals add salt and hing in that mixture,make small rounds from that mixture same as bajyas and boil those bajyas in water for some time,after that take another vessel and put udad dal,salt ,hing and mari and boil it and then keep it on gas till it is cooked properly
