Baklava Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 sheets phyllo dough (one package weigh 1 pound and have 18 14 x 18 inches sheets)
- 1/2 cup clarified butter
- 1/2 cup ground almond
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/4 cup coconut powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
For Syrup and Garnishing
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pistachios sliced
For baking I am using 8x8 baking pan.
Sooji ka Halwa
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sooji rava, semolina
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup clarified butter ghee
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/8 tsp cardamom powder ilachi
- few strings saffron kaser
- 1 Tbsp sliced pistachios pista
Rava Kesari (Kesari Halwa)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fine sooji semolina
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp ghee clarified butter
- 2 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 8 drops yellow food color
- Pinch of saffron kesar
- 1/8 tsp cardamom crushed, ilachi
- 3-1/3 cups water
- 1 Tbsp sliced pistachios pista for garnishing
Paneer Petha Ka Ladoo
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Paneer homemade
- 1 cup Petha shredded, sweet
- ¼ tsp Green Cardamom powder
- 1 Tbsp Pistachios sliced, for garnishing
Chocolate Sandesh (Truffles)
Ingredients:
- 8 cups milk 1/2 gallon
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons coco powder
For Garnishing
- 3 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sliced pistachios
Custard Toast Bites (Sweet Brushetta)
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 thin slices of French bread bruschetta or use the regular size bread and cut them to size you will like
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 ½ Tbsp corn starch
- Pinch saffron
- ? tsp cardamom powder
- 1 Tbsp sliced almond for garnishing
- 1 Tbsp sliced pistachios for garnishing
No Bake Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup graham crackers fine crumbs, I used 12 gram crackers
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream chilled
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Few slices of fresh fruit of your choice I am using, mango, kiwi, strawberry, and few black berry
Mango Mousse with raspberry pearls
INGREDIENTS
For Mousse
- 2 cup Mango pulp
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fine sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Agar-Agar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
For Raspberry Pearls
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp agar-agar powder
- 1/2 cup oil
Mango Panna Cotta
Ingredients:
for Cream Layer
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk unsweetened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 teaspoon agar-agar
for Mango Layer
- 1-1/2 cup mango puree, (I used 1-1/2 mango, mango should not be over ripe)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar use as needed depend on sweetness of mango
- 1-1/2 teaspoon agar-agar
Til Ka Ladoo – Sesame Candy
Ingredients:

- 1 cup sesame seeds, til
- 1 cup jaggery or gur broken in small pieces, available at Indian grocery store
- 3 tablespoons clarified butter, ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed cardamom
- 1/2 cup water
Coconut Dream Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cup soy milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons agar-agar powder, available in Indian and Asian grocery stores
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom crushed
- ¼ cup coconut shredded
- Approx. 20 crushed pistachios
- Pinch of saffron crushed
Mawa Kachori (Puffed Pastry)
Ingredients:
Crust
- 1cup all-purpose flour (maida, plain flour)
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter (ghee)
- Approx. 1/2 cup of lukewarm water as needed
Filling
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios coarsely ground)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- Few strands of saffron
Chiroti (Khaja)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, maida, plain flour
- 2 tablespoons clarified melted butter, ghee
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup cold water
- We also need 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of melted clarified butter to make paste
