  • Soya chunks 30g
  • Wheat flour 30g
  • Mixed veggies 25g
  • Red chili powder
  • Roasted jeera powder
  • Salt

  • Ghee 25g

Jain Masala Puri

Ingredients
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon besan (gram flour)
  • 1 tablespoon oil/ghee
  • ¾ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspooon white sesame seeds (til)
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

 

Farhi Puri

Ingredients
  • 31/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat or chapati flour
  • 1/2 cup mix of Ghee and oil (1/2:1/2 ratio)
  • 1 tsp . Caraway seeds (Shah Jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp . Turmeric powder
  • 11/2 tsp salt or according to your test
  • 1 tbsp . Sugar
  • warm water as needed
