Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
- ½ cup chilled milk (use any milk that you prefer)
- ½ cup chilled plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Mango Shrikhand
- 3 cup yogurt (curd or dahi)
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/3 cup fine sugar approx, use as needed
- 1/4 tsp crushed cardamom
For Garnishing
- 1/4 cup mango cut into small pieces
- 1 Tbsp sliced pistachios pista
Mango Lassi
- Ripe Mango - 1 large (1 Cup of mango pulp)
- Curd | Yogurt - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp (adjust per taste)
- Cardamom powdera large pinch
