This jain tirth contains the attractive and said to be magical idol of the 24th Jain Tirthankara lord Mahavira. In the compound one another temple of Shri Acharya Rajendrasurishwarji made on a Lotus flower is very attractive too; teachings and life of Acharya Rajendrasuri are carved on the inner wall of this temple. Acharya Jayantsain Suri was ordained into Acharya of Tristutik Gachcha, a sub sect of the Shvetambara sect of Jainism, and was given the name Acharya Vijay Jayantsain Suri In 1983, at Bhandavapur Jain Tirth. |
